Requesting a casual, shabby chic, nautical event theme, the client was blown away by our teams' creativity and ingenuity to navigate the sandy terrain and short set up timeframe to create an evening that truly captured her vision and exceeded expectations.

Looking at this stunning scene, set against a picturesque green backdrop, you’d never know that this event location and theme was changed the morning of the event from Western BBQ to Arizona Desert, but the collective talent of our team made such a pivot no problem at all.

With inspiration from Palm Springs' famous festival scene, our team brought the fun, vibrancy and excitement of an outdoor carnival to the JW Marriott. Picture stilt walkers, jugglers and contortionists all encouraging attendees to channel their inner child.

Our client was thrilled that we were able to subtly hint at next year’s event location with a tasteful décor look that maximized her budget.

With subtle Southwestern inspired décor accents such as eucalyptus garland centerpieces and sunset colored lounge settings, this night at the Biltmore not only allowed the property to shine in its natural beauty, but also gave guests a chance to discover the rich tones Arizona.

Palm Spring is known for its many expansive estates, one of which being the elegant and stunning Solomon Estate.
